· Photographer's Choice: Trusting the photographer's creative choices ensures amazing results.

· Photo Delivery: Expect photos with the author's color correction and light portrait retouching. Typically, a portion of the photos will be in black & white.

· Processed photos will be available for download through the online gallery.

· Additional Wishes: Any extra preferences are discussed before confirming the photo shoot.

· Prepayment: After confirming all details, a 10% prepayment is required to secure your booking.

· Cancellation: If the customer cancels, the prepayment is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible once with the same prepayment, provided cancellation is notified at least 24 hours in advance.

· Booking Window: Currently, bookings are accepted up to 4 months before the photo session date.

· Yes, an extension of Standard Package is available with a prior agreement for an extra charge.

· It is possible in the Standard Package. Additional costs such as transportation will be added in this case.

Extra fees may include:

· 5% GST.

· Location rental fees (if applicable).

· Extension of the Standard Package photoshoot time (C$190 per hour).

· Additional costs like transportation will be added for photo sessions outside Vancouver city.
